Thank you! COVID truly turned the whole world upside-down. One of my friends is actually the one that sparked this; she's just coming out of her second divorce at only 28 and had been looking for some way to get her sense of self back. Since she's my friend, of course I wanted to help her with that, but I got so much more out of it than I was really expecting. I'm still not in great shape or anything, but hey, I know that I can do an eight-mile hike and survive, so that's a start! :D
