I used to live in the San Francisco Bay Area, which has easy access to hiking in Redwoods. This brought me back there, to the soft carpet of leaves and the smell of the woods.
My son got me walking today. He’s a good companion for fighting the Blah and he knows how much even a block and a half there and back again will help.
