The inspiration for these actually came from the "Quarantine Camps" that were built in Australia that are supposedly just nice places with amenities in which to quarantine, and I took that and ran with it. It's one of those ideas that seems sound until you realize that you really have to put a lot of trust in the people in power that they actually have your best interests at heart. I feel like, in the wrong hands, quarantine zones like that could go horribly wrong.
